Jesus says: "For every tree is known by its fruit. For people do not pick figs from thorn bushes, nor do they gather grapes from brambles (Luke 6:44). When we are deeply rooted and cultivating our relationship with Jesus, we are going to bear the fruit of that love in our lives.

OPENING PRAYER: "Jesus, help me listen to what you say in your WORD at MASS.

Remember to make the little sign of the cross on your forehead, on your lips and on your heart as you say: Glory to you O Lord to let Jesus know that you are taking in His Holy Word into your heart, your mind and the words you speak.
GOSPEL: Luke 6:43-45
A Tree and Its Fruit
43 “A healthy tree does not bear bad fruit, nor does a poor tree bear good fruit.Â
44Â Every tree is known by the fruit it bears; you do not pick figs from thorn bushes or gather grapes from bramble bushes.Â
45Â A good person brings good out of the treasure of good things in his heart; a bad person brings bad out of his treasure of bad things. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.
CLOSING PRAYER for the FAMILY:
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
Almighty God,
We pray that we would be deeply rooted in our relationship of love with you. We pray that our family would bear good fruit that others may see that you are the treasure stored in our hearts. May our words and actions show that you are #1 in our lives now and forever! AMEN
